First Cousin Once-Removed

There are two distinct groups of relatives that can be correctly identified as "first cousins once-removed."

For purposes of this question, a first cousin once-removed refers to any child of one of your first cousins.  Every person identified as this type of first cousin once-removed must also be a great-grandchild of your grandparent.
