First Cousin Twice-Removed

There are two distinct groups of relatives that can be correctly identified as "first cousins twice-removed."

For purposes of this question, a first cousin twice-removed refers to the child of your great-great-aunt or great-great-uncle.  This person must also be a grandchild of any one of great-great-grandparents.
